Like to eat? Me too. While my history includes banking, real estate development, and other ventures, there is nothing that concerns me more than the quality of the food that is on the table of family, friends, and community. I learned early in life from a father that was a farmer and a mother that was a nurse that our health is dependent on what goes in our mouth and into our gut. Because of that influence, I have spent countless hours learning and being certified in nutrition and naturopathy. What I have learned is that the soil that we grow our foods in is no different. What we put in our soil affects the atmosphere that we breath, the food that we eat, the water we drink, the clothes that we wear and even our feet where we walk. It will be a good life if I can have even the smallest effect on the soils and animals that provide us our food. I am thankful to be working with some of the finest farmers and ranchers in America that have invested their blood, sweat, and tears into the sustainable things that I eat and wear every day.
