Drew started his regenerative agriculture career in 2021 as a steward at Polyface farms. There, he was introduced to soil-building agricultural techniques and developed a passion for soil health. He worked as a farm manager and fence salesman until founding Roots Cause at the end of 2023. Drew's belief that the root cause of the world's problems is degrading soils led to the company's mission being "We Build Soil," utilizing biology over chemistry.
